2. Confirm availability:

• Send all the necessary requirements so that we can make your reservation.

• ID or Passport digitized / scanned.

• Personal contact telephone number of each passenger.

• Email of each passenger.

• Alternative contact telephone number per passenger (in case of emergency).

• Information of the place where you will stay in Los Roques (in case of emergency).

3. Make the payment

You will receive the email with the quote and with our data for the transfers.

• Remember that you have a time limit to make the payment.

• Once your payment is validated, we will send you the e-ticket.

All sales payments by commercial offices and airport will be required by electronic mechanisms to avoid physical contact and exchange of papers, bills, coins.

4. Receive the E-Ticket

With your electronic ticket you will have your dream trip to Los Roques guaranteed.

The E-ticket indicates the route, date, time and locator of your flight, along with all the general conditions for your trip with AEROCARIBE.

5. Fill out the Form (FLP)

The FLP must be filled out and sent within 24 hours. in advance of the flight, to the next email:

This form is only received digitally, through the email provided to be able to pre-check the passenger list one day before and so you do not have problems on the day of the flight.

This requirement is mandatory, if you do not send it on time, you will not be able to board.

TESTING FOR COVID-19

• Get tested only in certified laboratories.

• You must take the test for the detection of COVID-19 allowed a maximum of 72 hours before the flight departure.

• The day of the flight; Take your test with a negative result and present the QR code when requested at the counter.

• This requirement is mandatory, if you do not present it physically on the day of the flight, you will not be able to board.

Remember

• Show up 2 hours before the flight to check in at the counter AEROCARIBE.

• Entering the airport unaccompanied.

• Maintain general biosecurity measures.

• Do not travel if you have symptoms related to COVID-19.

• If for the day you travel you presume to have symptoms, notify us through our Customer Service channels before the trip.
