2. Confirm the travel itinerary:

Send all necessary requirements for us to complete your reservation:

• Scanned or digital copy of the ID card or passport.

• Personal contact phone number for each passenger.

• Email address of each passenger.

• Alternate contact phone number per passenger (in case of emergency).

• Information about the place of accommodation in Los Roques (in case of emergency).

4. Receive the E-Ticket

With your electronic ticket you will have your dream trip to Los Roques assured.

In it, you will be able to view the details of the purchased flight itinerary, such as: date, route, time, flight number, and reservation code, along with all the general conditions you need for your trip with AEROCARIBE.

Remember

• Verify your details when making a reservation to avoid inconveniences.

• Arrive at the AEROCARIBE counter at least 2 hours before your flight for a stress-free check-in.

Identification documents

• Identity Card

Original Laminated: valid or expired (Current Format).

• Passport

Valid and with at least six (6) months remaining from the date of arrival in the country.

• Minors

It is necessary to present the original and a copy of the birth certificate; this requirement is mandatory, even if they have an identity card. If traveling with a third party, a special permit issued and/or approved by the relevant authorities is required.
