What is an E-Ticket or Electronic Ticket?

It is a record in the reservation system issued upon completing the purchase, which automatically sends an email to the passenger; this contains the date, flight itinerary, passenger details, purchased fare, payment method used, and reservation code. Printing is not necessary.

Due to this, it is essential that at the time of check-in, the passenger presents the same document used to make the reservation (ID card or passport).

                        

Are you flying with your baby?

You can bring a diaper bag (maximum 45x35x20 cm) and a stroller at no additional charge. Other items such as baby carriers or car seats are not allowed. Contact us for more details about your upcoming flight!


How to travel with your baby?

Babies from 30 days to 23 months can accompany you on your flight, as long as they travel on an adult's lap and have a confirmed reservation. Newborns younger than 30 days cannot travel for safety reasons. Plan your trip in advance and enjoy flying with your family!


Can a minor travel without an escort?

Children and teenagers between 7 and 17 years old can travel alone on AEROCARIBE as long as they meet the requirements, which include presenting travel permits issued by the competent authorities.

To ensure the safety of the minor, our staff will accompany them throughout the flight and personally hand them over to their parents, guardians, or legal representative at the destination airport.


How do I book in AEROCARIBE ?
  • 1. Contact us at Customer Service.
  • 2. Confirm your availability and send all the necessary requirements requested by AEROCARIBE to make your quote.
  • 3. Make the payment of your reservation.
  • 4. Receive your E-ticket.

What are the requirements I need to submit to confirm my reservation?
  •  Identity documents (ID/Passport/Birth Certificate in case of infants).
  •  Personal contact of each passenger (preferably mobile phone).
  •  Email address of each passenger.
  •  Alternative emergency contact for each passenger.
  •  Name of the inn where you will be staying.

What are the payment methods for AEROCARIBE?
You can pay for your tickets at any of our offices using the following methods:

What items can I carry in my hand luggage and checked baggage?

Can I carry bottled beverages in checked baggage?

Each passenger is allowed to transport up to two bottles with a maximum content of two liters. These must be properly sealed and packed to prevent spills during the trip.

Can I travel with my sports equipment?

Bring everything you need to enjoy your favorite sport! Whether it's kitesurfing, diving, or fishing, we can help you transport your equipment safely.

Please note that charges will apply for excess baggage, sports equipment, and other items that exceed the baggage allowance included in the ticket purchase. Remember that it is necessary to inform us in advance to ensure their transportation.


Can I travel with my pet?

At AEROCARIBE you can share the adventure of traveling with your domestic pet (only dogs and cats are allowed), take into account the following considerations:

  •  Maximum weight up to 9kg.

  •  Must travel in its respective Kennel.

  •  Movement permit issued by INSAI

  •  Vaccination card.

  •  Health certificate from the country of origin.

  •  Rabies vaccination certificate.

The transportation of pets has an additional charge per leg, which must be paid at check-in at the airport.

How much time before the flight should I check in at the AEROCARIBE counter?

To enjoy a smooth trip, we recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours in advance for domestic flights and 3 hours in advance for international flights.


How can I submit a suggestion or complaint?

At AEROCARIBE our main goal is continuous improvement, in order to offer you the best air transportation service.

We have an attention channel at your disposal where we will attend to your suggestion or complaint request. Write to us at the suggestion and improvement center.


What happens if I miss my flight and want to reschedule it?

If you cannot take your flight, you will have the option to reschedule it. However, please note that additional charges may apply, such as a penalty fee and any fare difference if applicable.

We recommend reviewing the fare conditions on your ticket carefully.


What happens if I need to change my flight date after I have already paid for my ticket?

We understand that plans change. If you want to make a date change after you have already paid for your ticket, you will need to pay an additional penalty fee, plus any fare difference (if applicable).


How much time do I have to pay for my tickets?

To confirm your reservation, we ask that you make the payment within the next 6 hours. If the payment is not completed within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and you will need to generate a new request.
